ATM Manager (Functionality) jobs in New York
ATM Manager (Functionality) is responsible for overall strategy of the functionality of bank's ATM network. Manages network relationships and oversees transaction routing. Being an ATM Manager (Functionality) is responsible for developing deposit growth opportunities for the bank. Handles complex customer transactions. Additionally, ATM Manager (Functionality) ensures that the bank policies meet federal, state, and regulatory guidelines. Keeps abreast of new and upgraded functionalities, determines business needs, and manages the upgrade projects through implementation. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The ATM Manager (Functionality) typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. Responsibilities:
Manage all day-to-day bookkeeping functions including accounts payable and cash receipts
Post financial transactions and adjusting entries to the general ledger
Prepare financial statements and reports
Process payroll, and prepare and file related taxes in compliance with regulations
Communicate effectively as needed with banks, accountants and lenders
Receive comprehensive training with the goal of eventually becoming the lead bookkeeper of our team
Qualifications:
3 years full-charge bookkeeping experience required, real estate experience a plus
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Familiarity with general ledger accounting and statement preparation
Ability to complete bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
Skilled in Excel, QuickBooks and/or other accounting software
Familiarity with Skyline real estate accounting software a plus
Flexibility, with ability to troubleshoot, prioritize and multi-task
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
