Requirements:

Minimum: A high school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in banking, accounting, or similar environment. Bending at waist, sitting, kneeling, climbing, walking, crouching as job may require. Must possess a valid driver’s license and good driving record. Must have an aptitude for working with mechanical equipment and be detail oriented. Must be proficient in Microsoft (Outlook, Word, Excel, and TEAMs). Strong organizational and follow-up skills are required.

Other Requirements: Listens, expresses a willingness to understand, shares and solicits feedback. Presents ideas in a clear succinct manner, both verbally and in writing. Must be comfortable with shifting priorities. Must sustain effectiveness in varying environments and with different tasks, responsibilities, and people. Resolves problems not covered by explicit rules or guidelines; adjusts tactics in response to changing circumstances. Understands and implements job related policies and procedures. Consistently follows through on assigned tasks. Knows the technology appropriate to the job. Maintains an even temperament and consistently demonstrates a sense of integrity and ethics. Shows respect and dedication. Must make accurate projections on workload estimates for routine work. Maintains a system to prioritize, budget time, and maintain work priorities. Must be adept at performing two or more parallel assignments. Consistently produces accurate, timely and detailed work.

Preferred: Previous supervisory experience. Extensive experience in Excel with the ability to create and maintain advanced worksheets. Previous experience preparing management level reports.
