ATM Manager (Functionality) jobs in Wichita, KS

ATM Real Estate Group is seeking a Leasing and Customer Service Representatives to join our existing top-notch teams located in Wichita, KS. If you’re hard-working and dedicated, we have a place and you’ll be the perfect fit for our team.

Duties:
- Conduct property tours for potential tenants and provide information about available units
- Screen and qualify prospective tenants by reviewing applications, conducting background checks, and verifying references
- Prepare lease agreements and ensure all necessary documents are completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Collect and process rental payments from tenants
- Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including conducting inspections and documenting any damages
- Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, lease agreements, and property maintenance

Experience:
- Previous experience in property management or a related field preferred
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Knowledge of leasing laws and regulations, including Fair Housing regulations
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Familiarity with facilities management and basic maintenance procedures is a plus
- Real estate administrative experience is beneficial
