ATM Manager (Service & Operations) jobs in Beaumont, TX

Responsible for managing the day to day field operations which includes identifying and maintaining proper staffing levels based on current project needs, training and developing assigned staff, oversight and management of consignment trailers and VMI Inventory at customers site, continuous coordination with Operations, Sales and Customer Representative to ensure efficient project operations.

Role and Responsibilities

• Identify personnel requirements and create schedules.
• Coordinate with local branch and/or staffing firm to meet needs.
• Maintain proper staffing levels and ensure contingencies are in place to back-fill personnel gaps.
• Train field personnel in necessary protocols including scanning and invoicing as well as safety: Daily Hazard Recognition and Incident Control, and any additional facility safety requirements.
• Secure consignment trailer.
• Coordinate consignment deliveries with field personnel schedule and notify field personnel when deliveries are to arrive.
• Coordinate delivery of consignment trailer.
• Set-up shelving for consignment trailer and stage products.
• Oversee delivery of material according to delivery schedule.
• Remain engaged with the customer during site visit.
• Assist the OAM in field measurements and applications.
• Pick up samples in the field.
• Establish decommissioning dates and impacts to item / service delivery.
• Ensure proper release and tracking of materials.
• Regularly make suggestions for improvement and work on continuous improvement projects for lean, quality and safety.
• Ensure that all safety programs, company policies, procedures and guidelines are maintained and properly documented.
• Perform other work related duties as assigned and be flexible and adaptable to changes that will occur during the course of employment.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $77,000.00 per year
