Assistant Operations Manager

Our local customer-centric moving company is currently operating in Washington, Oregon, California, Arizona. We are seeking to hire a Assistant Manager in Lynnwood, WA to assist our District Manger and help grow our company.

General Responsibilities and Tasks

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the moving process.
• Training Leading and Problem Solving
• 24/7 approach to management
• Keeps up with state/federal employment laws.
• Manage the Sales program
• Hiring
• Compliance, compliance, Compliance
• Pro-Active in running a company
• Making efficiencies happen by using less to accomplish more.
• Managing outside vendors
• Estimates
• Assist with administration of the annual performance management process
• Ensure all HR operations are in compliance with state and federal laws
• Document and regularly update standard operating procedures related to day-to-day Operations

Basic Requirements

• 4 year degree or better
• Tech Savvy
• Business Savvy
• Knows and understands current HR laws/guidelines.
• Years experience in Operations Management
• Pro-active and detailed approach
• Drivers license - Clean
• Friendly and attentive attitude.
• Excellent organization skills and high attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.

Plus

• Prior experience in moving industry
• Intermediate to Expert proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel and Word.

Leadership and Organizational experience are top requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
