Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are met or exceeded
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members

Other Responsibilities include field work. This is not an office only job. Applicant must be knowledgeable in cleaning and janitorial work and be able to preform task with the team as needed.
