What We Offer:

• Competitive starting pay during training: $26.00 per hour
• $1040-$1060 Competitive pay with the potential for a weekly paycheck after training,

Responsibilities:

• As an Operations Manager at Hubbard’s Maid Service, you will:

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years old and above
• 4 years Bachelor's degree OR 5 years of managerial experience
• Proven experience in operations management (preferably in cleaning or hospitality)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on exceptional quality and customer satisfaction
• Proficiency in technology and software for scheduling, reporting, and communication
• Positive and energetic attitude, passionate about creating a clean and welcoming environment
