ATM Service Technician is responsible for reconciliation of ATMs, replenishment of ATM supplies, handling of funds, and accurate completion of company paperwork. Responds to service calls in accordance to established priority guidelines as well as bank and department security procedures. Being an ATM Service Technician is responsible for reporting all problem resolutions to support agents and supervisor. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Additionally, ATM Service Technician typically reports to a supervisor. The ATM Service Technician possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job.
