ATM Service Technician is responsible for reconciliation of ATMs, replenishment of ATM supplies, handling of funds, and accurate completion of company paperwork. Responds to service calls in accordance to established priority guidelines as well as bank and department security procedures. Being an ATM Service Technician is responsible for reporting all problem resolutions to support agents and supervisor. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Additionally, ATM Service Technician typically reports to a supervisor. The ATM Service Technician possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Reports to: Director of Administration
Job Duties:
· Support company wired and wireless networks across various locations.
· Configure network peripherals – Firewall, Switches, Wireless Access Points.
· Improves user references by writing and maintaining documentation.
· Configure, deploy, and relocate desktops, laptops, printers, and any other related devices.
· Regularly perform cabling and equipment installation
· Support printers, multi-function devices, copiers, and other peripherals.
· Maintain backups of company files.
· Provide end user support for company computers, phones, printers, and various software utilized by the company.
· Set up users’ ability to access email, cameras, and other software utilized by the company.
· Installing new software and hardware drivers and updating existing ones as needed
· Configure and manage company mobile devices using Mobile Device Management software.
· Maintain company VOIP system and update company phone contact list as needed.
· Maintain user access to building security systems for all locations.
· Maintain an inventory of hardware and devices.
· Maintain licensing and service agreements for all technology needs.
· Work with different location managers to ensure location IT needs are met.
· Research, design and deploy new solutions required by end-users.
· Assist with developing training materials; Assist with training employees when necessary.
Job Requirements:
· Information Technology degree preferred
· Prior information technology or systems administration experience preferred
· Proficient with Microsoft Windows
· Familiarity with telephone, office, and point-of-sale software a plus
· Positive attitude
· Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with strong attention to detail
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent attendance record
· Work with little or no direct supervision
· Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
· Excellent customer service attitude and skill
· Must be able to pass a background check
· Must be able to lift upwards of 50 lbs, moving equipment and hardware
