Leads projects to ensure students are provided with guidance on academic requirements, career options, and extracurricular opportunities. Monitors student academic and personal progress and employs intervention strategies with team as necessary. Establishes meaningful relationships with students, faculty, Cleveland State University (CSU) resources and the community. Represents CSU at various recruitment events.
