Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in psychology, education, student personnel, or closely related field. One (1) year of related experience in an advising or customer service setting.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in higher education administration, student affairs, or closely related field. Proficiency in operating a personal computer, using Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, and Outlook), PeopleSoft and Salesforce.
