We are seeking a motivated and experienced Securities Licensed Servicing Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, handling inbound inquiry calls, making outbound calls to clients, onboarding new clients, and assisting with various administrative tasks related to client servicing.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests, ensuring timely and accurate assistance.
- Conduct outbound calls to clients to provide updates, gather necessary information, and address questions or concerns.
- Assist clients with account inquiries, transactions, and maintenance tasks.
- Proactively identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and offer additional products or services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective and efficient client service delivery.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and product updates to provide clients with relevant guidance.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry.
- Securities Licenses required: Series 7 or 65 or CFP®
- Life Health Insurance License or ability to obtain.
- Strong understanding of securities regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software (Preferably Salesforce).
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Proven customer service experience within the financial services industry.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
- Preferred bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning concepts, investment products, and regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in fast-paced environments.
- Proactive and self-motivated mindset, committed to delivering exceptional service.
- Exceptional phone skills, including proactive outbound calls and effective handling of incoming client inquiries.
- Willingness to grow within the company, with opportunities for career development and advancement.

- M-F 8:30am-4:30pm
- 2 evenings per month for client events
