This role will also help create, oversee, and implement a unique, individualized client experience – making them feel part of a family - not an account number.Job Description:The purpose of this position is to be the face and personality that our clients and soon-to-be clients will hear and see first. In addition, you will oversee marketing campaigns and coordinating client and educational events in the office and in our community.Key Skills:

Minimum Requirements:- Associates Degree preferred
- Financial Industry experience preferred
- 2 years working alongside a Financial Advisor in a fast-paced office environment preferred
- Experience with MS Office Suite and the ability to learn new software quickly
- CRM experience
Responsibilities:
This Client Service Administrator will be expected to have consistent follow-through with all efforts, build relationships with prospects and clients, and help prepare the Advisor for client appointments. Other daily, weekly, and monthly tasks may include:- Receive incoming client service calls in a friendly manner
- Complete each service request and resolve client issues
- Complete and process all applications for business submitted by Advisor
- Prepare client review summary for upcoming appointments
- Maintain professional communication with clients and staff
- Assist with client updates, reports, and mailings
- Assist in setting client appointments
- Attend and coordinate seminars, client events and networking venues
- Coordinate day-to-day marketing activities to help ensure all efforts serve to achieve campaign objectives
- Coordinate with and respond to third-party marketing vendors
- Maintain inventory of marketing materials, ensuring all resources are accurate and available
- Oversee and respond to incoming messages on social media and online appointment software
Salary:- $17 -19/hr.
Hours:- 32 hours weekly with the potential to go to 40 hours in the future
