Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and curriculum

Skills:
- Experience working with students in an educational setting
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices
- Familiarity with special education strategies and accommodations
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
- Proficient in curriculum development and lesson planning
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively
- Knowledge of literacy education techniques
- Experience in physical education or sports coaching is a plus
