CSPNJ, a mental health nonprofit is looking for a full-time Clinical Plan Coordinator. The Clinical Plan Coordinator will assess individual client needs and plan services to be delivered by line staff. The Clinical Plan Coordinator will clinically supervise line staff by providing CSS support services to individuals with mental health diagnosis while living in a supportive housing environment. Responsibilities include conducting Comprehensive Rehabilitation Needs Assessments (CRNAs) and Individual Rehabilitation Plans (IRPs).
Full-time | 40 hours p/w | Benefit Eligible including 6 weeks PTO & 11 Holidays
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Pay: $33.41 - $34.62 per hour
