Position Highlights:- Coordinate new orders, work on updates/revisions and other miscellaneous customer requests with search vendors and SearchCONNECT Staff.
- Ensure both internal and external customers are kept informed of the current state of their orders.
- Run and analyze reports to determine any potential delays to customers.
- Assist management with special projects including report preparation and review, customer projects, and creating/updating marketing materials.
- Receive new orders, update requests, and route to appropriate team.
- Maintain current knowledge of SoftPro Select functionality and enhancements.
Position Qualifications:- Previous experience proactively communicating with customers
- Good organizational and process management skills
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and follow up skills
- Adaptability and flexibility to deal with different customers and needs in a timely manner
- Must be located in the Augusta, GA area (required)
