Essential Functions:

· Customer Service
o Answer phone calls – take orders, mis-ships, general inquiries
o Amazon customer service – address all customer service issues, exchanges
o Shopify Customer Service – address all customer service issues, exchanges
· Sales Support
o Execute all aspects of customer mailers to group locations, events.
o Enter all samples: Retailers, Reps, employees
· Marketing support
o Data entry for all Ambassador samples, marketing events, collaborations
o PT Perks Program – pick pack and distribute packets
o Accountability for inventory of all created hard copy marketing items, including:
o catalogs, printed sell sheets, marketing give away items and general house keeping items for the company.
o Print supplies, paper, paper clips, all office items, coffee, creamer
· Trade Shows
o Registrations – both company and personnel
o Booth selections, meetings for collaboration
o List, build booth first, then pick and pack booth including all items associated with the booth
o presentation. Foot forms, signage, tables, chairs, backdrop.
o Coordinate return labels, shipping return steps associated with getting items back in house.
o Find and secure new or additional items needed for show, foot forms, clips, etc.
o Storage, care, and inventory of pull ups, back drops, tents, sides, weights, hooks
o Shipping containers for all items above, regardless of size, shape, weight.
· Accounting
o Apply Checks to Accounts, run monthly retail statements.
· Data Entry Assistance
o All areas of data entry assistance as it pertains to NetSuite.
· Assist in any area needed in company
o Picking and packing for nationwide promotions
o Warehouse staff assistance
Job Specifications:
· 1-2 years’ experience in Account Management/Customer Service, or Inside Sales
· Exceptional phone skills
· Strong written and oral communication skills
· Organized and detail-oriented
· Experience with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
· Proven ability to work effectively across teams
· BA/BS Degree preferred
· Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
Supervisory Responsibility:
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, and phones.
Physical Demands:
· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
