SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for providing administrative support to department partners during the processing of warranty claims, researching and resolving warranty Accounts Receivable issues as necessary. Scanning and quality control of all dealership documents according to established processes.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Prepare and handle documents for scanning as needed and assign documents into document imaging system.
Index documents and view for quality control into AXAPTA.
Researches online databases to determine all recalls applicable to delivery and service coaches.
Contact manufactures regarding recalls on coaches.
Prepare required reports using Excel spreadsheets (Check-In repair orders).
“Final Posts” all warranty repair orders and all put-through repair orders.
Fill and maintain in-house supply order.
Help Service Advisors and Delivery Advisors with open repair orders.
Track and close “60 days or older” repair orders.
Document recall information on corresponding repair orders.
Manage and maintain log book for all recalls.
Mail letters to customers regarding any recalls on their coaches.
Prepare required reports.
Attend all company required meetings.
Additional responsibilities as requested or required.
