Work with a purpose! Management & Training Corporation (MTC) operates the Otero County Prison Facility in Chaparral, New Mexico. We provide a safe and secure working environment for our staff while helping offenders gain valuable skills and treatment necessary for success upon release.

What you’ll do: You’ll be responsible for providing instruction to inmates/detainees in accordance with approved curricula.

Essential functions:

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, English as a Second Language (ESL) and special education certifications required if instructing in these areas.
• One (1) year related experience preferred.
• Bi-lingual preferred.
• Valid driver’s license in the state of New Mexico or Texas with an acceptable driving record required, unless waived by management.
