The Program Supervisor will assist in managing and supporting the day-to-day operations for multiple schools in the Orleans Parish area. Assisting the company in assuring overall program quality – operationally and academically are met by conducting consultation with school administrators, completing observations, fostering positive relationships with employees and clients, meeting compliance requirements and collaborating with the management team on best practices. The Academic Program Supervisor works closely with Learn It’s staff to create the most effective and efficient learning environment for students, school administrators and support staff. This position is highly involved in Title II Professional Development work with schools which includes consultation with school administrators, planning and preparation for workshops, coaching and institutes, organization of all documentation, as well as meeting all district compliance requirements.
Be part of a collaborative team that delivers quality programs to students and families and staff participating in various Title programs in private schools. Help to build and maintain relationships by consistently following-up with instructors/teachers, students, parents, and school administrators as needed. Bringing concerns of students, parents, instructors and school administrators to the attention of management and working as a team to resolve any issues or concerns. The Academic Program Supervisor will also have administrative duties in relation to documentation required for compliance standards. Specific submission schedule must be adhered to.
