What’s the Role?
The Business Development Sales Support Coordinator role manages customer relationships and serves as the main point of contact between customers and the Commercial Team. This role focuses on communicating with customers and supporting the overall sales cycle. The function of this role combines global order processing/communication as well as data entry/integrity. It ensures that data elements in our ERP system, NetSuite (NS), are entered, maintained, monitored, communicated, and housed with high efficiency and exceptional attention to detail. The role also supports the Commercial Team through guidance/training of NetSuite to all current and potential new hires and partner cross functionally to support and collaborate with other departments.
What you’ll do:
• Manage all activities related to the processing of customer orders, quotation requests, credit applications, invoices, refunds, collections, and customer onboarding.
• Provide and maintain all Daily Reports including orders processed and backorder list.
• Accurately capture and confirm all customer data entered in our ERP system, maintaining and ensuring integrity of all customer data.
• Create and maintain SOPs, Business Rules, and Work Instructions for ALL Customer Service and Data Integrity functions.
• Manage incoming customer inquiries, respond, or route inquiries to appropriate personnel, track communication and resolution of all inquiries to completion.
• Make recommendations for process improvements and optimize workflow and activity for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Campaign E-mails Auto Replies: Enter and edit marketing leads into NS.
What we need from you:
· High School Diploma / GED or equivalent
· 2 years of Data Entry/Management and/or Customer Service experience preferred
· Working knowledge of MS Office and Database Management
· Must be detail oriented with ability to accurately enter and confirm data.
· Ability to multi-task actively across various projects, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
· A sense of urgency and ownership, and a desire to see things through to completion.
· Exceptional work ethic, positive energy, honesty and integrity in all business interactions
· Ability to enhance the customer experience by being thorough, efficient, and adaptable to different communications styles and personalities.
· Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
Typical pay range for this role depending on experience: $40,000 - $56,400
