The Dispatcher / Service Delivery Manager is responsible for providing general office morale and material support, exercising administrative duties such as maintaining calendars, scheduling appointments, and interacting with clients, organizing, and coordinating meetings, and performing other administrative functions. This person will be responsible for providing guidance, direction, and support to technicians and admin personnel, while ensuring that data is accurately maintained in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for completing multiple tasks while adhering to deadlines, developing process improvements to boost efficiency and productivity levels.
He / she must also have a positive attitude, communicate with many different personality styles, be a team player and possess excellent English based communication skills, both verbal and written. This person will also be responsible for ensuring that a rotating schedule is created and maintained for assigning IT Technicians to be on call for Weekends and Holidays outside of normal business hours.
The hours are Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm MST. Some after-hours Coordination may be required.
