• Process payroll and billing
• Manage the client schedule to ensure coverage of care.
• Reporting and compliance functions and processing
• Recruitment and retention of field staff
• Handle all issues that arise after hours pertaining to the client's safety and coverage of services.

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2 years of customer service experience required.
• 1 years of home healthcare experience preferred.
• HHA Exchange system experience preferred.
