ACH is seeking an experienced and professional individual to aid in the everyday processes of marketing initiatives in a fast-paced organizational environment. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Chairman, ensuring that daily schedules and tasks run smoothly and efficiently. The Executive Assistant duties will include preparing company presentations, utilizing PowerPoint, and providing ongoing reports. Responsibilities will also include participating in corporate marketing and recruiting events.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Gathering data on campaign success providing various company analytical reports utilizing Excel.
· Creating detailed and visually appealing presentations and reports
· Assisting with the setup, facilitation and completion of corporate and recruitment marketing events.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s degree
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
· The ability to organize details and complete projects in a timely manner.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
· 3 years of experience preferred.
REQUIREMENTS
· The ability to handle multiple tasks.
· The ability to participate in Corporate Marketing and Recruiting events.
· Prepare presentations using PowerPoint, Excell, and various other applications.
· The ability to problem solve effectively.
· Excellent written and oral communication skills.
