Job Summary:
The Account Executive is a key position within the company. Responsible for making sure no eligible person is left behind. At Envision, the Account Executive will develop and implement both business-building and relationship-building strategies for the patients, families, and clients we serve.
Patient’s needs are the highest priority. This position is the front line of Envision’s commitment to care and patient satisfaction. The priorities of business growth and patient satisfaction are of equal importance for the Account Executive.
Key referral sources include physician’s clinics, nursing homes, assisted/independent living facilities, and hospital personnel, including but not limited to case managers, discharge planners, and other appropriate referral sources. The Account Executive will actively establish and maintain market awareness, acceptance, and branding of the company as the “Optimal Choice” for Hospice needs throughout Envision's local service area. This person will represent Envision and its services in a competent professional and responsive manner and maintain standards of high-quality customer service in compliance with federal and state regulations and guidelines.
