    The Account Executive (AE) is responsible for managing life insurance policies on behalf of LexServ’s clients. You will take the lead in developing strong client relationships by evaluating and interpreting life insurance illustrations, statements, policy contracts, and relevant policy documentation to deliver highly accurate life insurance policy reports. You will be responsible for the accurate and timely execution of tasks directly related to the management of client assets.
    In addition, you’ll onboard new client accounts, correspond with policy owners, and act as a knowledgeable point of contact for clients regarding policy analytics and details. As with any rapidly growing company, the responsibilities for this position will continue to evolve based on your desire and ability to learn.

    • Ensure all Client contractual obligations and project commitments are delivered on-time and with a high degree of quality.
    • Execute policy transactions required to maintain assets on behalf of the policy owner, within a timely manner.
    • Communicate with insurance companies to verify policy transactions (change of owner or beneficiary, policy assignment, attaining policy values, etc.), monitor cash-flows, and identify potential issues.
    • Gather needed information (i.e. order illustrations and annual statements) to facilitate the annual policy review performed by our Premium Optimization team.
    • Generate and send accurate and timely monthly status reports to clients on their assets.
    • Respond to client inquiries and project requests.
    • Review Daily obit reports for potential hits.
    • Actively participate in the enhancement of the Connect platform.
    • Correspond with outside parties to monitor the health status of the insured individuals associated with each policy.
    • Regular attendance either onsite or through remote work.
    Required Skills:
    • Bachelor’s degree

    • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a customer service focus
    • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
    • An ability to work independently in an efficient and responsible manner

    • Experience in working effectively with others in a team setting
    • The ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
