We are seeking Senior Account Executive (s) to join our client's esteemed team, entrusted with the essential responsibility of cultivating and expanding their client portfolio of high networth individuals and clients with exceptional customer service. This role is dedicated to utilizing extensive insurance expertise to elevate client satisfaction and cultivate long-lasting relationships. The selected Sr. AEs will play a pivotal role in exceeding predetermined sales and retention goals while consistently providing additional value to the organization.
Location: Livingston, NJ
Salary: $150K based on experience (Plus Commission)What You’ll Do:
Negotiates quotes and coverages with underwriters to obtain the most competitive terms.
Inputs and maintains all customer related insurance data into the corporate agency management system – Applied Epic or TAM preferred.
Responds to exposure questions from underwriters and coverage questions from clients.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Supervise 1-2 Account Executives or 1 Junior AE.
Familiarity with various lines of coverage with expertise in at least two of the following: General Liability, Property, Auto, WC, Umbrella/Excess, Crime, Cyber D&O, Employment Practices Liability, Pollution and Errors & Omissions.
Preparation of proposals, comparisons of coverage, schedules of insurance, underwriting schedules, insurance applications.
What We’re Looking For:
Property & Casualty Producers License
6-10 years of experience required
Applied EPIC preferred or TAM would be accepted.
Exceptional Customer Service Skills, with demonstrated relationship building with high-value, Private Equity, or high networth individuals.
