Account Executive, Sr. develops relationships with larger and more complex clients to increase revenue. Pursues relationships with potential new accounts and identifies business opportunities to upsell services/products to current and new businesses. Being an Account Executive, Sr. drives retention and growth among customers by understanding their business needs and helping them succeed. Has detailed knowledge of products and services offered and ensures that products and services consistently meet client needs. Additionally, Account Executive, Sr. maintains a cadence of communicating with customers to ensure client satisfaction and promote ongoing contract renewal. Advises internal teams on product and service improvements/suggestions based on client feedback. Provides sales quotes and responds to requests for proposals. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Account Executive, Sr. work is highly independent. May assume a team lead role for the work group. A specialist on complex technical and business matters. MUST Reside in North or South Carolina.
As a Anywhere Insurance Agency Account Executive, you will:- Source new sales opportunities through outbound calls and emails and through inbound lead follow-up
- Interact with prospects to understand customer needs and requirements to generate and present quotes
- Quickly establish rapport with prospects over the phone
- Achieve production goals while working with a variety of tools and applications such as comparative raters, insurance carrier systems, CRM and agency management systems
- Be accountable for sales production goals
- Navigate multiple websites while conversing with clients
Your background includes:- 1 to 3 years of sales experience (preferable from a call center environment)
- Personal Lines Insurance license or the Property and Casualty Insurance Licenses (or willingness to acquire during the first 30 days of employment)
- A passion for sales
- Ability to learn new software programs and technology
- Bilingual/Spanish preferred
