Account Executive, Sr. develops relationships with larger and more complex clients to increase revenue. Pursues relationships with potential new accounts and identifies business opportunities to upsell services/products to current and new businesses. Being an Account Executive, Sr. drives retention and growth among customers by understanding their business needs and helping them succeed. Has detailed knowledge of products and services offered and ensures that products and services consistently meet client needs. Additionally, Account Executive, Sr. maintains a cadence of communicating with customers to ensure client satisfaction and promote ongoing contract renewal. Advises internal teams on product and service improvements/suggestions based on client feedback. Provides sales quotes and responds to requests for proposals. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Account Executive, Sr. work is highly independent. May assume a team lead role for the work group. A specialist on complex technical and business matters.     Job Description

    ProShop is seeking a results-driven Account Executive to join our team and take the sales world by storm! If you have a passion for building client relationships, exceeding targets, and closing deals, this job is for you. With our innovative product and supportive team by your side, you’ll be unstoppable.

    As an Account Executive, you will build up our business activities at ProShop. Your responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining client satisfaction. You will reach out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through email and phone. Ultimately, you’ll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.

    Responsibilities

    - Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
    - Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
    - Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns
    - Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
    - Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
    - Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
    - Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
    - Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
    - Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams

    Requirements

    - Must be based in North America.
    - Proven experience as an Account Executive or relevant role.
    - Excellent knowledge of Google Workspace.
    - Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.
    - Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
    - Fast learner with and passion for sales.
    - Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
    - Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
    - Experience and knowledge of ERP, MES, and MRP software systems.
    - Experience with the manufacturing industry.

    Salary Range: This compensation range takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to geographic locations, job family, job-related skills, experience and relevant training or education, business and organizational needs.

    US: $160K - $180K USD (includes base and commission)
