Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Marketing Account Executive to develop and execute effective marketing strategies to promote our clients' accounts to insurance carriers. You will work with our dynamic team to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients and carrier partners. As a Senior Marketing Account Executive, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in our continued success and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our clients' accounts to insurance carriers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance carrier representatives.
• Conduct market research to identify potential carriers and determine the most effective marketing channels to reach them.
• Collaborate with our internal teams to develop marketing materials and campaigns that effectively communicate our clients' value propositions to insurance carriers.
• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for future improvements.
• Manage the marketing and renewal process with internal and external stakeholders, providing guidance and support as needed.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
• 10 years of experience in commercial insurance carrier relations, commercial account management. Candidates with slightly less experience may be considered if they display exceptional skills.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and opportunities.
• Experience with Applied Epic agency management software is preferred.
• Familiarity with commercial insurance carrier underwriting guidelines and rating methodologies.
