Account Executive, Sr. develops relationships with larger and more complex clients to increase revenue. Pursues relationships with potential new accounts and identifies business opportunities to upsell services/products to current and new businesses. Being an Account Executive, Sr. drives retention and growth among customers by understanding their business needs and helping them succeed. Has detailed knowledge of products and services offered and ensures that products and services consistently meet client needs. Additionally, Account Executive, Sr. maintains a cadence of communicating with customers to ensure client satisfaction and promote ongoing contract renewal. Advises internal teams on product and service improvements/suggestions based on client feedback. Provides sales quotes and responds to requests for proposals. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Account Executive, Sr. work is highly independent. May assume a team lead role for the work group. A specialist on complex technical and business matters.     To that end, we’re currently looking for an Account Executive to join our team! The Account Executive is responsible for building and maintaining positive working relationships with our clients. Additional responsibilities include fielding and ensuring resolution for customer inquiries, serving as the first escalation point for clients expressing concerns, ensuring customer expectations are aligned and met, and performing other related duties as assigned.

    Essential Responsibilities/Duties:

    Communication

    • Owns post-sale customer journey by effectively communicating with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
    • Effectively communicate with fulfillment team to ensure client needs are met
    • Connect with clients through their preferred method of communication when necessary and at regular intervals
    • Proactively reach out to clients to ensure their needs are being met

    Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)

    • Schedule QBRs and participate with SEO analyst to review campaign
    • Gauge client level of satisfaction
    • Document pertinent notes from calls and distribute them to fulfillment staff
    • Ensure customer needs are met and expectations are aligned

    Other Responsibilities/Duties

    • Understanding our products and services (upselling & downgrading when appropriate)
    • Selling add-on products when appropriate
    • Informing direct manager of improvements to processes that need to be implemented
    • Other related duties as assigned

    Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities Required:

    • Customer-First Mindset
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • A proven passion for retaining clients and delivering a superior customer experience
    • Basic computer literacy, including Google Suite and Microsoft Suite
    • Highly detail-oriented, accurate, and efficient
    • Positive and dynamic team player

    An understanding and knowledge of SEO is a plus.

    Physical Requirements:

    The Account Executive works in an office environment and frequently sits at a desk, uses finger and hand dexterity, visual acuity, and verbal and written communication in the course of work.
