Summary
The Account Executive supports the New Business Development Team in the development of Strategic Marketing Plans to meet the needs of identified prospects. The Account Executive owns the relationship and successful delivery of the work product from deal close, through delivery and the sustaining relationship and may support Account Managers in the delivery of complex projects.
The Account Executive has responsibility for the overall success of all accounts under their watch. Setting & managing expectations (shared vision) between client & Workshop, ensuring work product quality, project budget and on time delivery are repeatedly met across each project execution lifecycle. Marshaling of shared Account Coordinator(s) may also become critical in the successful execution of the account lifecycle.
