Account Executive, Sr. develops relationships with larger and more complex clients to increase revenue. Pursues relationships with potential new accounts and identifies business opportunities to upsell services/products to current and new businesses. Being an Account Executive, Sr. drives retention and growth among customers by understanding their business needs and helping them succeed. Has detailed knowledge of products and services offered and ensures that products and services consistently meet client needs. Additionally, Account Executive, Sr. maintains a cadence of communicating with customers to ensure client satisfaction and promote ongoing contract renewal. Advises internal teams on product and service improvements/suggestions based on client feedback. Provides sales quotes and responds to requests for proposals. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Account Executive, Sr. work is highly independent. May assume a team lead role for the work group. A specialist on complex technical and business matters.     Generate advertising revenue and meeting sales targets through the creation and renewal of sales contracts working alongside the Account Specialist.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Drives for revenue goal attainment, on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
    • Prospects and develops new customer relationships, persuasively communicates strategies for meeting customer needs.
    • Ensures customer satisfaction by facilitating all aspects of the customer's account in cooperation with creative, operations, marketing and finance staff.
    • Determines project pricing based on guidelines from management.
    • Negotiates fees or services with clients with management approval.
    • Oversees project from start to finish and ensure client satisfaction.
    • Delivers proof of performance (POP) to clients.
    • Drives clients around the market to show outdoor media sites.
    • Communicates and coordinate with Charting and other internal departments.
    • Completes other duties as assigned or requested.
