Account Executive, Sr. develops relationships with larger and more complex clients to increase revenue. Pursues relationships with potential new accounts and identifies business opportunities to upsell services/products to current and new businesses. Being an Account Executive, Sr. drives retention and growth among customers by understanding their business needs and helping them succeed. Has detailed knowledge of products and services offered and ensures that products and services consistently meet client needs. Additionally, Account Executive, Sr. maintains a cadence of communicating with customers to ensure client satisfaction and promote ongoing contract renewal. Advises internal teams on product and service improvements/suggestions based on client feedback. Provides sales quotes and responds to requests for proposals. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Account Executive, Sr. work is highly independent. May assume a team lead role for the work group. A specialist on complex technical and business matters. We pride ourselves on simplifying the marketing process for our customers while helping advertisers track the impact of their campaigns and understand their advertising options. In short, we help our customers grow their business

    Responsibilities:

    Consistently meeting/exceeding all print and digital revenue goals.

    Understanding clients’ advertising needs and developing the ideal marketing solution for them utilizing the consultative sales approach.

    Delivering customized sales presentations in person or by phone/web demos

    Identifying and prospecting new customers and recognizing new opportunities to drive profitable revenue in the print and digital markets.

    Calling on executive-level decision makers and communicating the proposition as well as our benefit to their company.

    Build a strong rapport with advertising customers and the community.

    Organize professional presentations for monthly and yearly contracts.

    Requirements:

    2 years of sales experience with a proven record of successfully exceeding goals.

    Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

    Can-do attitude.
