Regional Account Manager - Atlantic South Market Retail Channel (Verizon)Territory: Candidates should be located in Nashville or other surrounding large metro cities in North or South Carolina. Up to 75% overnight travel required, with additional semi-annual travel required for meetings and events. Remote opportunity that requires travel across the states of Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina and Southeastern Georgia.
Primary Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between Asurion and a wireless carrier's retail sales channel within a defined geographic region. Develop strong client relationships (up to the Retail Director level) and implement handset and home electronic protection growth initiatives in the carrier sales retail channel. Will be responsible to meet or exceed established financial and growth targets and manage day to day responses of product related escalations and ensure client satisfaction. Will assess and respond to gaps between current product, customer needs and competitive offerings. Responsible for new hire trainings and ongoing product trainings. The position will also work with internal Client Services team members and other internal cross-functional areas to identify growth opportunities and process improvements.

The starting base pay range for this position is?$78,000-95,000?annually with the potential for bonuses and we encourage candidates outside of this salary range to apply.
