Job Description Summary:
Plan, organize and develop a sales organization that sells and markets FedEx Trade Networks services through served areas of Brazil within the region to ensure the achievement of company sales objectives.
Job Description:
Ensures company annual revenue goals for served areas and countries are achieved (goals establish by business plan).
Implements all new product plans.
Assists in the development, implementation, and analysis of all sales programs.
Ensures increased communication and coordination between sales, operations, and marketing to ensure a positive repurchase rate of existing customers and continued growth on new users.
Develops specific revenue producing programs, including feedback and information on expansion programs, etc.
Identifies new market opportunities, monitors competitive activity, and communicates findings to sales planning and administration.
Gathers and reports all competitive activity in assigned sales territory including all competitive advances, pricing, tactics, and/or any other information deemed necessary by FedEx management.
Assumes responsibility for the coordination of all activities and assures responsibility for all problem resolutions relating to all of their assigned named accounts.
Ensure compliance with system allocation policy and process, maintains contact with customers (internal and external) with regard to conditions affecting the service level of area served.
Bachelor's degree/equivalent.
Knowledge and experience as a senior professional, able to oversee and lead the sales team in Brazil.
Experience in industrial sales or related areas in Brazil with knowledge of the industry (i.e. competitors, strengths and weaknesses).
Clear understanding of selling process.
Strong human relations, communication, planning and organization skills required.
Fluency in English.
Travel required.
