Account Executive, Sr. develops relationships with larger and more complex clients to increase revenue. Pursues relationships with potential new accounts and identifies business opportunities to upsell services/products to current and new businesses. Being an Account Executive, Sr. drives retention and growth among customers by understanding their business needs and helping them succeed. Has detailed knowledge of products and services offered and ensures that products and services consistently meet client needs. Additionally, Account Executive, Sr. maintains a cadence of communicating with customers to ensure client satisfaction and promote ongoing contract renewal. Advises internal teams on product and service improvements/suggestions based on client feedback. Provides sales quotes and responds to requests for proposals. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts, as well as developing new business opportunities. Your primary focus will be on sales and building strong relationships with clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct warm calling and prospecting to generate new leads and opportunities
    • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
    • Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives
    • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and support
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to effectively position our products and services
    • Participate as a Brand Ambassador at dispensary events
    • Train budtenders on our new and existing products
    • Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to achieve sales targets
    • Travel to all dispensaries within your designated region
    • Manage reorder processes for accounts

    As an Account Executive, you will collaborate with various dispensaries to understand their procurement requirements and ensure that our products are consistently stocked and prominently displayed in each store.

    Requirements:

    To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in sales, particularly in cannabis sales. You should also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to effectively manage accounts.

    • Proven experience in sales, preferably in cannabis sales or related field
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients
    • Strong account management skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
    • Ability to identify business opportunities and develop strategies for growth
    • Excellent negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets
    • Familiarity with CRM software for managing customer relationships
