Being an Account Executive, Sr. drives retention and growth among customers by understanding their business needs and helping them succeed. Has detailed knowledge of products and services offered and ensures that products and services consistently meet client needs. Additionally, Account Executive, Sr. maintains a cadence of communicating with customers to ensure client satisfaction and promote ongoing contract renewal. Advises internal teams on product and service improvements/suggestions based on client feedback. Provides sales quotes and responds to requests for proposals. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Account Executive, Sr. work is highly independent. May assume a team lead role for the work group. A specialist on complex technical and business matters.     The Account Executive is responsible for adding value to clients by proactively providing creative ideas and developing effective marketing solutions which help clients achieve their objectives. They also:
    • Prospect new business and grow existing business via the phone and email
    • Follow up on abundant leads provided as well as identifying and pursuing new leads
    • Maximize customer outreach and display high sales productivity to hit goals and attain quotas
    • Qualify customer requirements and expectations, recommending specific products and managing resulting orders through the sales/production/delivery channel
    • Build and maintain strong business relationships by providing exceptional follow-up and generating repeat business
    Requirements/Qualifications
    • Extensive computer (MS Office/CRM software) and phone use
    • Associates Degree or equivalent work experience
    • Quick learner with demonstrated sales ability
    • Previous Business to Business Sales and Customer Service experience preferred
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication and people skills
    • Detail oriented, organized and a good listener
    • Results driven with a high degree of accountability
    • Self-starter with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

    The position has a compensation package of Base Pay plus Bonus. Our benefit package includes medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability plans, 401k and profit sharing plans and paid personal and vacation time.
