Account Executive, Sr. develops relationships with larger and more complex clients to increase revenue. Pursues relationships with potential new accounts and identifies business opportunities to upsell services/products to current and new businesses. Being an Account Executive, Sr. drives retention and growth among customers by understanding their business needs and helping them succeed. Has detailed knowledge of products and services offered and ensures that products and services consistently meet client needs. Additionally, Account Executive, Sr. maintains a cadence of communicating with customers to ensure client satisfaction and promote ongoing contract renewal. Advises internal teams on product and service improvements/suggestions based on client feedback. Provides sales quotes and responds to requests for proposals. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Account Executive, Sr. work is highly independent. May assume a team lead role for the work group. A specialist on complex technical and business matters.     We are looking for a driven, enthusiastic, and passionate professional to join The Family Office Group as an Account Executive. In this role, you will be identifying and selling to key leaders in the Alternative Investments space and facilitating introductions to our Ultra-High-Net-Worth network.

    This is an in-person role located in our Greenwich office.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Generating and prospecting new leads to create book of business.
    • Targeting General Partners and C-suite decision-makers of alternative investments firms including private equity, real estate, and hedge funds.
    • Contacting, qualifying, and engaging prospects through email, LinkedIn, and cold-calling.
    • Keeping an organized record of sales activity and pipeline.
    • Maintaining the proper KPIs to achieve both short-term goals and long-term career success.
    • Traveling to destination cities nationwide to work with new and existing clients.
    • Acting on behalf of the company and our clients in the delivery of our exceptional products and services.

    Qualifications

    • 2-5 years of inside sales experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
    • The confidence to go head-to-head with the best and brightest industry leaders along with the humility to know that there’s always more to learn.
    • Thorough understanding of sales principles.
    • Experience in mortgage sales, insurance sales, financial advising, political fundraising, or private wealth management is an advantage.
    • Knowledge and interest in alternative investments is a huge plus!
    • Experience in creating and launching strategic marketing email campaigns is a plus.
    • A proven track record of accomplishing ambitious goals, be it in your professional career or personal life. We want to hear all about your big wins!
    • A positive, can-do attitude.
