Has detailed knowledge of products and services offered and ensures that products and services consistently meet client needs. Additionally, Account Executive, Sr. maintains a cadence of communicating with customers to ensure client satisfaction and promote ongoing contract renewal. Advises internal teams on product and service improvements/suggestions based on client feedback. Provides sales quotes and responds to requests for proposals. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Account Executive, Sr. work is highly independent. May assume a team lead role for the work group. A specialist on complex technical and business matters. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. • Minimum 5 years of experience • Mandatory Property & Casualty License, valid driver's license, and insurance coverage. • Proficiency in administrative tasks (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and experience with agency management software (e.g., Applied/Epic). • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, strong multitasking, problem-solving skills, and a professional demeanor with a commitment to a positive attitude.
