As our Strategic Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in keeping our projects on track and your executive organized. Additionally, you will provide executive-level support, including managing schedules, making travel arrangements, and handling confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning and execution, ensuring that project goals are achieved on time and within budget
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and track progress against them
• Create and manage project schedules, resources, and budgets
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders
• Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed
• Provide executive-level support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements
• Handle confidential information with discretion, including drafting correspondence, reports, and presentations

• 1 years of experience as a Project Manager and/or Executive Assistant
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Experience using project management software/tools
