Being an Account Management Director ensures that account managers meet the ongoing needs of clients and prospects while accomplishing individual revenue goals. May be personally responsible for managing major accounts. The Pain Management RN is responsible to assess, plan, direct, teach, and evaluate nursing care; to ensure quality and efficiency according to established policies and procedures, and especially the performance of job-related technical skills. Nurses will be required to manage the message center and enter data into EHR, evaluates OARRS reports and calculate medication due dates based on this report in addition to information obtained from physician plan of care. Nurses will be required to propose prescriptions to providers based on this information. Nursing Staff in Pain Management will work in the Pain Management procedure area including, prep, recovery and the sterile surgical suite, managing individualized, goal directed nursing care through use of the nursing process and the principles of primary nursing in accordance with departmental and hospital policies and procedures.
