As Assistant Director Management Operations you will:
- Prepare correspondence and communication for the Vice President, Management Department and Marketing Department when necessary
- Manage operational items for lease up checklists and participate in weekly lease up calls until all operational items are completed
- Prepare management agreements and management plans as requested by the Real Estate Finance department
- Assist in creating training materials and deliver webinar and in person training as applicable
- Preparation of Monthly Results, including the audits required to obtain the information
- Assist DOM in preparation, sending and tracking of snow and lawn contracts.
- Assist Management/Marketing in preparing office set-up materials for all new and acquired properties
- Prepare property start up kits for acquisitions
- Assist VP and DOM with budget tracking and submission to owners
- Perform all the above and other related duties as assigned in accordance with applicable laws and company policies
Reports to: Director Management Operations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in residential property management or revenue management including electronic distribution
- Must possess accurate, organizational, administrative capabilities, detail oriented and analytical thinking
- Working knowledge in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Power Point) required
- YARDI program knowledge preferred
- Travel to properties as needed, estimated at 20% of the time
