JOB SUMMARY:

In this role, the right person will find a rewarding and challenging career. What you will need for this position:

• Leadership and strong communication skills are a MUST for this role.  
  
• Integrity
• Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse preferred
• 5 years experience as a Program Director or Resident Care Director
• Fluent in Point Click Care
• Skilled with Word, Excel, and software systems in general
• Regulatory knowledge
• Ability to manage staffing budget/supply budget
