Location: Harleysville, PA area (This role is on site 5 days a week)

Salary: $50,000-55,000 plus monthly commissions

Business Development Representative

Job Description:

Work closely and report day-to-day sales activities to the Business Development Manager Communicate with the Business Development Manager, Recruiters, Operations Manager, and manage logistics, such as daily work orders and placement of workforce on project sites Perform cold calling and close monthly agreements based on KPIs Drive the end-to-end sales process Walkthrough agreement options with clients, selling them what works best for their need Develop strong relationships with key decision makers to gain valuable insight of client workforce needs Expand and identify work opportunities with inactive existing client base Comply with company Standard Operating Procedures, including but not limited to; marketing and branding guidelines Keep designated responsibility of CRM system up-to-date daily with notes, tasks, and call log information Manage and keep workorders up-to-date Communicate with company's core principles of ethics and standards Manage client's expectations and overall experience Network with the Chamber of Commerce, Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC), Independent Electrical Contractors (IEC) and other industry related networking resources

Requirements:

Must have 3 years of experience in Sales Must have 3 years of experience in Business Development Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task. Excellent organizational skills Excellent customer service skills

Strong communication skills and software skills, CRM
