An Account Manager/Client Care Specialist is responsible for client account management, including client retention, enhancement sales, new contract sales, business development, production layout and overview. This position will also ensure total client satisfaction while assisting the production department to produce the jobs using horticulturally correct and time-productive methods. This position will have winter responsibilities with our snow operations team. All employees are expected to carry out the company’s purpose and demonstrate our core values.

Requirements
Valid driver’s license with record acceptable to meet fleet insurance requirements
Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test
Degree in landscape management, horticulture, or equivalent experience
5 years of experience with landscape maintenance
Certified Landscape Professional or Certified Landscape Technician, preferred
Strong computer skills in Microsoft and other CRM systems
