Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Contacting existing customers via telephone calls with campaigns provided by client.
- Qualifying customers to determine correct contact that help support the client.
- Ensuring the client’s project needs are met
- Updating CRM tool or database with all activities surrounding the client’s callout.
- Supporting the team members on goals.
- Ability to provide a high level of customer support & interface directly with end users.
- Must have above average written and verbal communication skills.
- Using the CRM tool or database to pull reporting as applicable.

The position will require the candidate to reside in the Chadron, Nebraska area and must be able to commute to our office on a daily basis. Hourly rate is anticipated to be between $14-15/hr W2 depending on experience. The compensation range reflects the Company’s reasonable expectations at the time of posting. We consider a number of factors when making individual compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business needs.
