Under general supervision, this position is responsible for inside sales and customer support activities including, but not limited to, processing orders, price and delivery quotes, stock availability, and expediting account collections through telephone, internet, and correspondence from customers and representatives.

Must have knowledge of company products and customer service processes.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintains database records of customer profiles.
• Maintains status reports.
• Expedites orders at customer request.
• May participate in marketing and sales activities such as travel and customer development.
• Provide customer service support after hours during winter months (rotating schedule.)
• Responsible for observing all laws, regulations and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company.

Expected to work in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and practices.

Additional Functions

• May perform shipping and receiving duties as required.
• Other duties as assigned or required
