Verify and process insurance claims related to Vision Therapy services, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.

Handle billing procedures, including invoicing and reconciling accounts, to ensure seamless financial transactions.

Assist patients with inquiries about insurance coverage, appointments, and any financial concerns related to their Vision Therapy treatment.

Maintain a well-organized database of patient information, billing records, and insurance details.

Address and resolve any customer issues or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring exceptional patient satisfaction.
