Has detailed knowledge of products and services offered and ensures that products and services consistently meet client needs. Additionally, Account Representative, Sr. maintains a cadence of communicating with customers to ensure client satisfaction and promote ongoing contract renewal. The schedule for this full time, 40 hour per week position includes Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs. The position is based in Galloway, NJ.
Candidates must have a high school diploma, or equivalent, and have insurance experience & knowledge. Candidates must have proficient computer skills and knowledge. Qualified candidates have work experience as a direct liaison to insurance carriers and have been responsible for securing insurance authorizations for services and/or medical procedures.
The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, with the ability to function in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision. To be successful in this position, candidates must have strong organizational and analytical skills. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including professional telephone etiquette, are necessary for this role.
